What makes me unique

What makes me unique

Before design, I spent 6 years in customer care — a chapter that taught me how to truly listen, empathize, and solve real-world problems.

That background shapes my approach today: I believe great design isn’t just about aesthetics, but about creating products that genuinely work for people. That experience sparked my journey into UX. I realized that great design isn’t just about how something looks — it’s about how it works for the people using it.

Now, I bring that same user-first mindset into every project, blending creativity with functionality to design digital products that truly support and empower users.

I’m a Product & UX/UI Designer with 4 years of experience creating seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.

My Design Philosophy

I’ve designed for healthcare and eCommerce — industries where clarity, trust, and accessibility are non-negotiable. Using tools like Figma, I design and prototype responsive interfaces, collaborate across teams, and build scalable systems.

Whether it’s designing an onboarding flow that reduces drop-offs or simplifying a complex workflow, my focus is always the same: blend creativity with functionality to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

A Little More About Me

I’m a traveler and lifelong learner. Born and raised in Armenia, I’ve explored many European countries and now call Florida home as I continue discovering the U.S.

I find inspiration in architecture, museums, photography, and everyday details most people overlook.

I’m also into podcasts, movies, and storytelling in all its forms — anything that helps me understand how people think and feel.

That curiosity drives my work as a designer.

What I Value

What I Value

I believe the best design is human, adaptable, and thoughtful. It’s not about perfection — it’s about iteration, clarity, and purpose.

My background in customer care taught me to listen deeply, and my career in design has taught me how to turn that insight into something useful and beautiful.
