What makes me unique
What makes me unique
Before moving into design, I spent six years in customer care — work that taught me how to listen, understand people’s challenges, and approach every problem with empathy. That foundation still guides my design decisions today.
I’ve worked across healthcare, eCommerce, and SaaS, where clarity, trust, and usability matter most. Whether I’m shaping an onboarding flow, designing a dashboard, or simplifying a complex multi-step process, my goal is always the same: create experiences that feel intuitive, helpful, and grounded in real user behavior.
Design, for me, is a balance of curiosity and problem-solving. I love digging into research, testing early ideas, and refining solutions through feedback and iteration. I care about the details, the logic behind every interaction, and the impact each decision has on both users and the business.
I’m a Product & UX/UI Designer with four years of experience turning real user needs into simple, thoughtful digital experiences.
My Design Philosophy
I’ve designed for healthcare and eCommerce — industries where clarity, trust, and accessibility are non-negotiable. Using tools like Figma, I design and prototype responsive interfaces, collaborate across teams, and build scalable systems.
Whether it’s designing an onboarding flow that reduces drop-offs or simplifying a complex workflow, my focus is always the same: blend creativity with functionality to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
A Little More About Me
I was born and raised in Armenia, explored much of Europe and now call Florida home.
I find inspiration in architecture, museums, photography, and everyday details most people overlook.
I’m also into podcasts, movies, and storytelling in all its forms — anything that helps me understand how people think and feel.
I’m a traveler, a lifelong learner, and someone who’s always curious about how people think, feel, and move through the world.
That curiosity drives my work as a designer.
What I Value
What I Value
I believe great design is human. It listens, adapts, and evolves. It isn’t about perfection — it’s about clarity, purpose, and solving real problems in meaningful ways.
My background in customer care taught me to understand people deeply. My work in design taught me how to turn that understanding into products that truly help them.
Thanks for being here — I hope you enjoy exploring my work.
